product care
Remove your tights and launder asap for best results as residual sweat may damage the chamois. Wash only in delicate cycle at 86 degrees. Use neutral non-aggressive detergents, keep like colors together and avoid dryers. If you use chamois butter/cream, your garment's ability to wick moisture will be greatly reduced and the durability of your chamois may be compromised. Note: we recommend that you wash new bottoms prior to use.

Reviews

A bit tight

"I haven’t worn these on my bike yet. I have gained weight so they might be a bit tight with bike shorts. I love the color and length (I’m 5’3”). Material a bit noisy"

— Philippa C. (4/5)

Cute comfy and versatile

"I have yet to wear them on the bike lol I wore them out with a fitted black tank top and black flip flops and simple earrings and bracelet'. Looked great"

Cycling and more!

"I'm completely satisfied with the Ella bike pants. They are so comfortable, practical, and versatile. There is plenty of room to wear padded bike shorts or lightweight sweatpants underneath these pants. Besides biking, they are perfect for hiking, playing Pickleball, kayaking, and more. I want them in more colors, please."

Q&A

Questions & Answers

The Ella Bike Pant from Zoic is explicitly a non-padded pant, so it does not include a built-in chamois. Instead, it features a liner-friendly fusion inseam gusset designed to move well with a padded liner of your choice. This suits riders who already own a liner they trust, or who prefer to pair their own padding with full-leg coverage. If you'd rather have padding already built in, Terry's Wayfarer Bike Tight includes an integrated chamois and removes the need to layer.

The Ella Bike Pant from Zoic is built for trail riding, camping, climbing, and casual around-town use where comfort and mobility matter more than a race fit. Four-way stretch fabric, a yoga-style waistband, and articulated knees that accommodate knee pads give it genuine off-road and casual versatility. With sizing up to 3X and UPF 50+ shell fabric, the Ella Bike Pant fits riders who want relaxed, full-length coverage and the flexibility to add their own liner.

The Ella Bike Pant from Zoic is offered in sizing up to 3X, a wider range than some other pants in this category. An internal flat drawstring at the yoga-style waistband lets you dial in the fit, and an elastic cuff at the hem keeps the 28-inch inseam from riding up. Because the size range runs broad, it's worth checking the size chart against your measurements before choosing, so the Ella Bike Pant sits comfortably at the waist and through the leg.

Yes. The Ella Bike Pant from Zoic has articulated knees specifically built to accommodate knee pads, which makes it a practical choice for trail and technical riding where protection matters. The articulation keeps the fabric from binding or pulling as you flex through the pedal stroke or move over rough terrain. Combined with four-way stretch and an elastic hem cuff, the Ella Bike Pant lets you layer pads underneath without the fabric bunching or shifting out of place.

The Ella Bike Pant from Zoic is well suited to warm-weather trail riding. Its shell fabric carries UPF 50+ sun protection for full-leg coverage on bright days, while laser-cut venting on the inner thighs and knees increases airflow to help manage heat. Quick-dry four-way stretch fabric adds to the comfort when you're working hard. If most of your riding happens in warm conditions and you want sun coverage without overheating, the Ella Bike Pant balances protection and ventilation well.

The Ella Bike Pant from Zoic is a warm-weather pant built around airflow and sun protection, with laser-cut venting and quick-dry fabric rather than insulation. It has no brushed or fleece-lined interior, so it isn't the right choice for genuinely cold riding. If you're riding in cool conditions between roughly 40 and 60 degrees, Terry's Coolweather Bike Tight includes a chamois and moderate warmth. For colder, sub-40-degree days, the Thermal Bike Tight offers a brushed interior built for insulation.

The Ella Bike Pant from Zoic provides minimal compression, prioritizing comfort and mobility over a supportive, muscle-holding fit. Its four-way stretch and quick-dry fabric are designed to move freely for trail and casual riding rather than deliver the snug, supportive feel of a performance tight. If you want firmer compression for longer efforts or road riding, a performance-oriented tight like Terry's Breakaway Bike Tight will give you more support. For relaxed trail and around-town use, the Ella Bike Pant's easygoing fit is the point.

The Ella Bike Pant from Zoic is built around trail and casual use, with articulated knees for knee pads, zippered leg pockets, and laser-cut venting for warm off-road riding. If your riding leans toward road or gravel rather than the trail, and you want a similar unpadded pant designed more around that context, the Roam Tech Bike Pant is a better match. Choose the Ella Bike Pant when trail versatility, knee-pad compatibility, and an extended size range up to 3X are what you need.

The Ella Bike Pant from Zoic has two zippered leg pockets with internal phone holsters, designed to keep your phone and small tech secured while you ride. The zip closures and dedicated holsters mean items stay in place rather than bouncing loose over rough terrain, which is especially useful on trail and casual rides where you're carrying essentials without a bag. For riders who want full-leg coverage and a secure place to stash a phone, the Ella Bike Pant handles both.

The Ella Bike Pant from Zoic is made from 91% recycled polyester and 9% recycled spandex with quick-dry, four-way stretch performance. To preserve the UPF 50+ protection and stretch recovery, wash in cool water and avoid high heat, which can break down technical fabrics over time. Air drying helps the quick-dry fabric and elastic hem cuff hold their shape and keep resisting ride-up. Gentle, low-heat care keeps the Ella Bike Pant moving and venting the way it's designed to over many rides.
