Bike shorts

"I love these shorts! They are loose and so comfortable. The only issue I can think of is the side pockets down the legs is a bit too small to fit my phone. A smaller phone would fit but I have a large one . I’ll probably use these shorts for hiking too!"

— Katie C. (5/5)

Not a good fit for me

"I had to return these shorts, the crotch was too tight to get a liner short underneath. If you do not plan to use a liner short (with chamois) they would be OK"

— PATRICIA K. (3/5)

Favorite shorts

"I have a pair of these shorts which I bought some years ago which are looking well worn so I ordered these in hopes that they were also going to be my new favorite ones. The only difference I see is that the legs are a little less baggy which I like. They have the same pockets that I like (big enough for a cell phone) and the same pull on style waist. I ordered the same size as my old ones and they fit perfectly."

— Karen M. (5/5)

Nice look and fit

"I'm very happy with these shorts' fit, length, and overall look. They are very comfortable and slimming. I love the stretch without the look of a tight legging. The shorts fit as expected, but I forgot to factor in the chamois I planned to wear underneath. The shorts fit perfectly without the chamois, but I should have sized up one size to accommodate the extra padding. If your measurements are on the upper end of your size and you plan on wearing a padded liner, I recommend going one size up."

— Heidi F. (5/5)

To high waisted for me.

"This short was just a little bit too high-waisted for me. I am short, have a short torso, and the thick band sits right at the bottom of my ribs. They also fit like yoga pants."

— Stephanie A. (3/5)

Short

"Good quality, fit well, comfortable"

— Sharon F. (5/5)

Great

"Comfy"

— Fay S. (5/5)

Flimsy fabric

"I really wanted to like these. The waist line was not an elastic stretch comfortable fabric I expected. I hoped they would feel like yoga pants aroung the waste like in the picture, but it didnt. I also did not like the shorts material. It didnt feel like good quality, it was very flimsy and not at all like tear resistant mountain bike shorts they claim to be."

— Patty J. (2/5)

Love these, have not used

"Love these, have not used them on the bike but they look so great I'm just wearing them everywhere. Great fit super comfortable."

— Martha B. (5/5)

Great shorts

"Light and comfortable. Fit well. Very happy with my purchase."

— Lynne B. (5/5)

Q&A

Questions & Answers

The Navaeh Bliss Bike Short is sold without a liner or built-in chamois, so you'll need a separate padded liner for cycling. The product copy specifically pairs it with Zoic's Essential Liner, sold separately, which adds the on-bike padding. This suits riders who already own a liner they like or want to choose their own. If you'd rather not manage a separate liner purchase, a short with sewn-in padding like the Liberty Bike Short or Fixie Bike Short would be a simpler all-in-one setup.

The Navaeh Bliss Bike Short, made by Zoic, suits riders who want full cycling functionality without looking like they're in fitted cycling kit. Its pull-on style, wide knit waist, and lightweight stretch woven body read as everyday activewear. It works well for riders who already have or want to pick their own liner, who want longer 11 inch coverage, and who ride in sun-exposed conditions thanks to UPF 50+. Four locking-zip pockets add carry capacity for commuting, gravel, or recreational riding.

If fitted cycling kit makes you uncomfortable, the Navaeh Bliss Bike Short is designed around that. Its pull-on style, wide soft knit waistband, and lightweight stretch woven body read as everyday activewear rather than cycling gear, so you don't feel on display at a coffee stop or running errands. The baggy silhouette gives you real cycling functionality once you add a liner, without the look or feel of traditional kit. It's a common first step for riders easing into cycling apparel on their own terms.

The Navaeh Bliss Bike Short has an 11 inch inseam, giving you more leg coverage than a shorter baggy short. It's paired with a 3 inch yoga-style waistband, called the blissband, that provides a secure fit without pinching or binding. The extra length suits riders who prefer more coverage on and off the bike. If you want the same pull-on styling in a shorter cut, the Navaeh Bliss 7 Bike Short offers a 7 inch inseam instead.

The main difference is length. The Navaeh Bliss Bike Short has an 11 inch inseam for more leg coverage, while the Navaeh Bliss 7 Bike Short offers a shorter 7 inch inseam in the same pull-on styling. Both are made by Zoic, both are sold without a liner, and both share the wide yoga-style waistband and lightweight stretch woven body. Choose the 11 inch Navaeh Bliss if you prefer more coverage, and the Navaeh Bliss 7 if you want a shorter cut.

Yes, the Navaeh Bliss Bike Short works well beyond riding. Because it's sold without a liner, you can wear it on its own for hiking, errands, or travel, then add a padded liner when you ride. UPF 50+ sun protection built into the fabric supports sun-exposed, all-day wear, and four locking-zip pockets give you secure carry capacity whether you're on or off the bike. Its everyday-activewear look means it doesn't signal cycling kit when you're off the saddle.

The Navaeh Bliss Bike Short has four pockets, each equipped with locking zippers to keep contents secure while you're moving. That makes it a practical choice for riders who want real on-short storage for a phone, keys, or snacks during commuting, gravel, or recreational rides. The locking zippers matter because they keep items from bouncing out over rough terrain. Combined with its 11 inch coverage and UPF 50+ fabric, the storage makes it versatile for longer days that mix riding with other activities.

The Navaeh Bliss Bike Short is sold without a liner, which is ideal if you already own one or want to choose your own. But if you'd rather have everything in one purchase, consider a short with a bundled liner like the Vista Bike Short w. Liner or the Rover Bike Short w. Liner, which include a removable liner you can wear for riding and leave out for other activities. If you want padding permanently built in with nothing to manage, the Liberty Bike Short is a simpler option.
